Privacy and text messages

Who I am
EC² Digital Services is run by Ernest Collins in Temple Terrace (Tampa), Florida. When this page says "I," it means me. You can reach me at 813-955-2638 or EC-2-DigitalServices@proton.me.
What I collect
- What you type into the contact form or the free audit form: your name, business name, phone, email, links to your public profiles, and anything you write.
- Calls, texts, emails and direct messages you send me.
- The details you enter if you book a time on my calendar.
- Basic visit data. The company that hosts this site counts page views without advertising cookies, and may set a cookie that blocks bots.
I don't ask for passwords. The free audit only looks at what's already public.
Why I use it
To answer you, do the audit or work you asked for, send you the report, and keep records for my business. I won't sell or rent your information. I won't add you to a mailing list unless you ask.
Text messages
If you give me your phone number and ask me to call or text, I'll contact you about that request. I won't send you marketing texts unless you agree to them separately. You don't have to agree to texts to buy anything.
- Reply STOP and I won't text you again.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- How often I text depends on your request, usually a few messages.
Who else handles it
I use a few outside services to run the site and stay in touch. Each one has its own privacy policy.
- Formspree receives what you send through the forms and emails it to me.
- Cal.com handles calendar bookings.
- Proton Mail handles my email.
- Cloudflare hosts the site and protects it from bots.
- Google Fonts supplies the fonts, so your browser connects to Google when a page loads.
- Instagram and Facebook carry any direct messages you send me there.
How long I keep it
Only as long as I need it to help you and to keep my business records. Ask me and I'll delete what I have, unless the law requires me to keep it (for example, invoices).
Your choices
You can ask what I have about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Call or text 813-955-2638 or email EC-2-DigitalServices@proton.me, and I'll reply within one business day.
Children
This site is for business owners. It isn't meant for children under 13, and I don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this page changes, the date at the top will change too.
